The property built in 2022 includes a sprawling open concept floor plan with a spacious jaw dropping Gathering Room that provides ample space for your family to spend time together comfortably. The kitchen has a commercial oven range, two refrigerators, and is fully stocked with plenty of kitchen gadgets and cookware to make homemade meals. There is also a bar with a beverage cooler and ice maker.
The entire place is yours when you rent it out. The property has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a large gathering room all on the same floor. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom, except for bedrooms 7 and 8, which share an adjoining bathroom.

The outdoor area is spacious and includes a cozy private covered pavilion with fireplace. No need to bring firewood, as it's included with your stay. Outdoors there is much to keep the group occupied including basketball, volleyball, pickleball, ping pong, bocce ball, and cornhole.
